1. Public Access and Policy Links
The Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Pricing Page, and Home Page are public pages and can be viewed without logging in.The homepage and pricing page will link to this policy, allowing users to review security, content and account conduct rules before purchasing or generating.Authentication is required for workbench access, creation, purchases, and account activity.
2. Scope of application
This policy applies to prompt words, uploaded images, product materials, reference materials, generated output, downloads, account actions, checkout actions, API usage, support messages, and other uses of SKUCanvas.Users are responsible for all content submitted, generated, downloaded, published, sold or used through the Service.Users should also comply with the terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, payment service provider rules, market platform rules and applicable laws.
3. Illegal, abusive or deceptive activities
SKUCanvas may not be used for fraud, phishing, scams, illegal transactions, sanctions circumvention, money laundering, identity theft, credential theft, or deceptive business practices.SKUCanvas may not be used for malware, cyberattacks, scraping abuse, spam, platform manipulation, evasion of law enforcement, or bypass of security controls.You may not overload, probe, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to SKUCanvas or its service providers through automated or manual means.
4. Adult, sexual, exploitation and minor safety content
Adult/NSFW sexual content, sexual, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive or pornographic content may not be uploaded, prompted, generated, edited, downloaded or distributed through SKUCanvas.Don't create content that sexualises, exploits, abuses, induces, coerces, exposes or suggests sexual content involving minors or those who appear to be minors.Don't create content that depicts or encourages sexual violence, non-consensual sexual imagery, sexual humiliation, or sexualized abuse.
5. Impersonation, deepfakes and image abuse
You may not create deceptive impersonations, involuntary deepfakes, false endorsements, misleading claims of identity, or use unauthorized likenesses of real people.Images of public figures, celebrities, influencers, private individuals, employees, customers, or ordinary people may not be used in a manner that misleads audiences into false perceptions of consent, endorsement, association, or identity.Don't generate images that falsely imply that someone uses, endorses, reviews, purchases, or promotes a product.
6. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights
You may not upload or generate content that infringes upon copyright, trademark, design rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or other protected rights.Do not steal or misuse brand assets, logos, product packaging, celebrity images, platform screenshots, competitive product creatives, copyrighted artwork, or protected character designs without permission.The user is responsible for confirming that input material, generated output, product claims, and commercial use have the necessary rights and licenses.
7. High-risk, misleading or regulated claims
Do not generate misleading medical, health, legal, financial, investment, security, compliance or government service claims.Don't create content that creates deceptive political persuasion, false citizen information, false emergency notifications, or misleading presentations of public institutions and public processes.Do not generate e-commerce visuals that contain false product claims, fake certifications, fake reviews, fake guarantees, or unfounded before-and-after comparisons.
8. Content review and execution
All text prompt words that will enter the AI image generation model must first undergo content security review; prompt words that are judged as flag or deny will be refused to be generated.Prompt words, uploads, generated output, account actions, payment activity, and support messages may be automatically or manually reviewed for security, anti-abuse, policy enforcement, billing integrity, and compliance purposes.When we discover illegal use, fraud, abuse, security risks or legal risks, we may refuse to generate, block uploads, remove content, withdraw points, suspend tasks, suspend accounts, terminate services, refuse refund requests or report related activities.We may retain records related to suspected abuse, disputes, fraud, security incidents, or legal obligations.
9. Reports and appeals
To report abuse, policy violations, rights issues, or account handling issues, please email support@skucanvas.com。Please include the account email, relevant task or checkout information, disputed content or output, and a brief description of the issue.If you think the processing result is wrong, you can contact support with context and evidence. We may review the decision but do not guarantee continued access to the Services.
10. Update
Last updated:May 14, 2026. We may update this policy as services, AI model service providers, payment service providers, security practices, market platform requirements or applicable laws change.
