1. Public Access and Policy Links

The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Price Page and Home Page are all public pages and can be viewed without logging in.The homepage and pricing page link to legal pages where users can review privacy, billing, cancellation, refunds, and usage rules before purchasing.Authentication is required for the workbench, task library, build history, checkout, and account settings.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, authentication service provider ID, account role, point balance, subscription status, account activity timestamp and security status.User-supplied generated content: prompt words, product descriptions, product images, reference images, supplementary materials, selected modules, image specifications, and task notes.Generate content and usage records: generate pictures, generate tasks, task metadata, download records, point deduction/refund, point flow and generate error status.Billing records: checkout identification, product identification, subscription or payment events, refund/dispute status, points pack purchase records, and billing event logs from payment service providers. We do not store full bank card numbers.Technical and support data: API logs, error logs, browser/device metadata, data related to requesting IPs, security signals, cookie/session data, and support emails or attachments you send us.

3. Why we use information

Login and account operation: used to authenticate users, protect account security, enforce access rules and restore sessions.AI Generation: Used to handle prompt words and upload images, route generation requests, create image output, save available results, and retry or diagnose failures.Content Safety Review: Used to check whether prompt words violate adult/NSFW, sexual, violence, hate, fraud, or other prohibited content rules before the image is generated.Storage and Download: Used to save uploaded materials, generated images, task data, manifest files and downloadable image packages.Billing and Credits: Used to process subscriptions and credit packages, issue credits, calculate usage, process refunds, reconcile disputes, and prevent payment abuse.Risk Control, Support, and Compliance: To detect abuse, enforce prohibited use rules, investigate bugs, respond to support requests, maintain audit records, and meet applicable obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

Authentication and database service providers handle account identification, sessions, user profiles, task records, points flow, billing events and related security status.The object storage and hosting provider stores and distributes the uploaded materials, generated images, public assets, logs and application traffic required to run the service.The AI model service provider will receive the prompt words, uploaded images, reference materials, image specifications and generation instructions required to complete the generation or editing.The payment facilitator handles checkout sessions, subscription events, credit pack purchases, payment status, disputes, chargebacks, tax or compliance data, and limited buyer metadata.Email, support, logging, analytics, and security tools may process contact information, support messages, delivery status, usage events, error reports, and anti-abuse signals.These service providers process information only to the extent necessary to operate SKUCanvas, fulfill purchases, secure services, provide support, measure reliability, or comply with legal obligations.

5. AI model processing

When you request generation or editing, prompt words, uploaded images, reference materials, generation output and technical parameters may be transmitted to the AI model service provider for processing.Do not upload sensitive personal data, third-party confidential materials, or content that you do not have the right to use unless you have confirmed that the processing is appropriate for your use case.The model service provider may process the requested data in accordance with its terms of service and data processing rules. We use service providers to complete request generation and troubleshoot failures.

6. Retention and deletion

Account records will be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable time thereafter for security, dispute resolution, anti-abuse, and legal or accounting obligations.Build records, uploaded materials, generated images, task metadata, and download records are retained for as long as necessary to provide workbench, history, export, debugging, and account support.Payment, subscription, point accrual, refund, dispute, tax and audit records may be retained for longer periods of time due to accounting, anti-fraud, payment provider requirements or legal compliance needs.Support emails and attachments are retained for as long as necessary to answer requests, track open issues, and maintain support history.Users can request deletion of account or workbench data. Some billing, security, audit or compliance records may need to be retained or de-identified rather than deleted.

7. Your privacy rights

You may request access to personal information associated with your account.You may request that inaccurate account or support information be corrected.You may request deletion of account or workbench data, subject to billing, security, audit, anti-fraud, and legal retention requirements.Where technically feasible and required by law, you may request to export account or workbench information.If you need to exercise these rights or delete your account, please contact us using the email address bound to your account. support@skucanvas.com。

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use necessary cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to stay logged in, protect sessions, route authenticated API requests, and remember underlying application state.We may use analytics, logging or performance tools to understand page usage, checkout process issues, build failures, browser errors and service reliability.You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may cause login, checkout, workbench access, or build functionality to not work properly.

9. Security, Contact and Updates

We use access controls, service provider security capabilities, private service keys, row-level permissions, operational checks, and audit logs to protect service data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.You control the product images, prompts, and reference materials you upload.
