These Terms of Service describe how SKUCanvas' subscription, credit, generated images, account rules, cancellation, refund, and support policies work. Last updated:May 14, 2026
1. Products and Access
SKUCanvas is an AI image generation service for e-commerce product vision, detail page modules, scene graphs and downloadable image assets.The Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Pricing Page, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are public pages and can be viewed without logging in.The workbench, task library, purchase records and generation history require account login to use.
2. Account
Users should properly keep their login methods, passwords and account access rights.When using paid features, users should provide accurate account and support information.Accounts may be suspended or restricted when we discover abuse, fraud, payment disputes, security risks, or illegal use.
3. Subscription, points and generated usage
Paid packages and credit packages are priced in USD and processed through our payment provider. The price page displays the current subscription package, point package, and the estimated number of images that can be generated.Points are credits used to generate capabilities and are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or transferable property.Currently, each image generated costs 10 points, unless the price page or workbench displays other cost rules before generation.Subscription points will be issued according to the billing cycle after payment confirmation; additional purchase point packages are used for supplementary use beyond the subscription limit.Build requests may queue, take time, fail, or be delayed due to unavailability of third-party models, storage, payment services, or network services.
4. Cancel
Users can cancel their subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support.Cancellation stops future renewals, generally effective at the end of the current paid billing period, unless the billing portal or support confirms an immediate end to access.Simply canceling your subscription will not automatically result in a prorated refund. Refund processing is subject to the refund policy.
5. Refund and generation failure
See Refund Policy for refund eligibility.The system does not deduct points if the build fails before saving usable results, or refund points for verifiable failures.For payments that have been refunded, disputed, fraudulent or reversed, we may revoke related points, generated access rights or account benefits.
6. User Content and AI Output
Users are responsible for uploaded images, prompt words, product materials, trademarks, personal data and other content.The user is responsible for reviewing the generated output prior to release or commercial use.AI output may be inaccurate, similar to existing material, unsuitable for a particular platform, or require additional rights review.
7. Prohibited uses
SKUCanvas may not be used for illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, impersonation, fraud, malware, platform abuse, spam, deceptive business practices, or for any purpose prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.Generating, uploading, editing, downloading or distributing adult/NSFW, sexual, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive or pornographic content, including AI-generated content, is strictly prohibited.Don't generate or upload exploitative content, hateful content, harassment, graphic violence, or unsafe content involving minors.Do not attempt to bypass account limits, payment checks, security controls, model security mechanisms, rate limits, or storage limits.
